Enrollment in Tutor Charlotte Inc.
New students must complete the application to the right to be considered for low cost high quality subsidized academic tutoring. There are no income requirements and any student may apply.
The One-time Registration Fee is $100.00. This pays for your student’s record keeping, teacher contact, and internet material use for five years.
The first tutoring session is a 30 minute 1 on 1 online orientation tutoring session at a cost of $26.06 to be completed either on a Friday, Saturday, and or Sunday by appointment only online. A parent or legal guardian is required to stay online with the new student for a minimum of 30 minutes. A parent may request a refund of the program fee, one-time registration fee, and orientation fee after the 1 on 1 orientation tutoring session and before the second tutoring session.
You must verbally speak with the master tutor before signing up yourself or your student in a Tutor Charlotte Program.
Your student must have access to the internet, speakers on their computer, and a working printer to printout academic work before signing up for a Tutor Charlotte Program.
You must verbally speak with the master tutor before changing your program to another program and making payment.
Failure to notify the master tutor of a change in your choice of programs will not always result in acceptance in another program and may result in a refund of your payment if it has been made.
Tutor Charlotte has a limited number of available student slots in any given month. Please check with Dr. Powell about availability before paying changing a program.
If you wish to sign up for low cost high quality subsidized academic tutoring and supplemental education and a student slot is not available, you will be put on a waiting list. We will call you when there is an opening.
You can reduce your tutoring bill to ZERO every month by helping us get new students.
Tutor Charlotte is always looking for another student in need of academic help. We know low cost high quality academic tutoring is needed all over the U.S. So, if you know of a parent with a student(s) in need of academic tutoring, and the student(s) is not an immediate relative of yours, please refer them to Tutor Charlotte and earn some cash. If the referral results in the student enrolling in a Tutor Charlotte Program for at least two months (60 days):
Program I We will pay you $170.00 cash through PayPal or CashApp.
Program II We will pay you $170.00 cash through PayPal or CashApp.
Program III We will pay you $250.00 cash through PayPal or CashApp.
Program IV We will pay you $250.00 cash through PayPal or CashApp.
