There is absolutely no refund once academic tutoring and supplemental education has begun. After the parent and or student is emailed the username and password to the Tutor Charlotte website, and the 60 minute orientation tutoring class has been completed, the parent and or student may request and get a full refund. When the student is placed on the schedule for tutoring, and the student completes the first scheduled tutoring session, there is no refund of the program fee, registration fee, and orientation fee.
